Europe (EU)
We ship to EU member states including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and more.

EU import VAT, customs and July 2026 fee
Some orders may ship from outside the EU. For EU customers, import VAT, customs duties, carrier handling fees and customs clearance costs may apply at the border unless they are prepaid at checkout.
From 1 July 2026 until 1 July 2028, the EU applies a temporary customs duty of EUR 3 per item on low-value e-commerce parcels imported from outside the EU. This can apply in addition to import VAT and carrier handling fees.
If import costs are charged by your local carrier or customs authority on delivery, these costs are the responsibility of the recipient unless your order confirmation explicitly states that duties and taxes were prepaid.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Delays
Delivery may take longer during customs processing, holidays or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact PureDropsCo@proton.me with your order number.
