14-Day Right of Return
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This applies to all customers in the United Kingdom (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) and the European Union (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In unused, original condition
- In their original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement. You do not need to send the item back. Simply contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- For damaged items: attach a clear photo or short video
- We will respond within 24 hours with next steps
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
What Is Not Covered
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Damage caused by improper use or handling
- Items returned without contacting us first
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
